Access is read-only for anonymous users.  If you need write privileges, contact 
Haeleth and see if you can persuade him to give you an account.

Rather than checking out the whole repository, please take only the directories 
you are interested in.  If you're after RLdev, you probably only want "rldev".
If you're a user who just wants the most up-to-date Kepago libraries 
and function definitions, you just want "rldev/lib".
